About this workshop

We start with the flour-to-egg ratio and what correct dough actually feels like under your hands.

We shape three forms — tagliatelle, ravioli and orecchiette — and make one simple sauce alongside.

The session ends around a shared table, and everyone takes a portion of fresh pasta home.
